The agreement

These terms are between Operating System and the company that uses it ("you"). By requesting an OS, accepting a handover or using BusinessOS, you agree to them on behalf of your company, and you confirm you're allowed to.

What we provide

We build an operating system around how your company works, hand it over to you, and run it for as long as your plan continues. What a plan includes is set out on the pricing page and in any written quote we give you.

Accounts and access

• You decide who in your company can use your OS, and what each person can see.
• Each person needs their own account, with a confirmed email address or Google.
• You're responsible for what happens under your company's accounts.
• Our team only has access when you give it, for the time you choose, as described on the security page.

Your records

Everything your company puts into its OS stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service to you. Owners can export it at any time, and deleting your OS deletes it.

The AI

The AI sales team and the AI Chief of Staff can be wrong. They show where each fact came from and mark what is recorded and what is assumed or recommended; check their work before acting on it. They never send, post or change anything without a person approving.

You decide which companies and people your company contacts, and you're responsible for contacting them lawfully, honouring requests to stop, and following the rules of the email providers and platforms you use.

Fair use

Don't use Operating System to break the law, to send messages people haven't agreed to receive, to store information you have no right to hold, or to try to reach another company's records. We may suspend access that puts the service or other customers at risk, and we'll tell you why.

Fees

• The build is charged once; plans are charged monthly or yearly in advance.
• Prices are in Indian rupees, plus GST.
• A monthly plan can be stopped at the end of any month. Export your records before it ends.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and your records safe, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell account holders about important changes by email. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
